What are the hours of operation?
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Sunday: Closed.

We are located at 2725 N. Australian Avenue, North of 25th Street and South of 45th Street, in West Palm Beach, FL.
Where do I park when I get to Clear Lake Animal Hospital?
Take the driveway to the back parking lot. Our main entrance is located in the back of the building with a lake view!
What do I do if I have an emergency after hours?
If you have a pet emergency, please go to the nearest Emergency Hospital near you.
We have an excellent relationship with all emergency hospitals in our area. We should get an update from the e-clinic each day your pet receives treatment.
What if I have an emergency during daytime office hours?
Call our office first. Depending on the nature of the emergency, our doctor may have you come in for treatment or refer you to an Emergency Hospital nearest you for further diagnostic care.

How do I know if my pet has a microchip?
Clear Lake Animal Hospital has a universal microchip scanner. Bring your pet in for us to scan if you are unsure if he/she is microchipped.
What are the requirements for my pet to board at your facility?
All canine boarders must be up to date with their Wellness Exams, Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations as well as proof of a negative fecal parasite check. All feline boarders must be up to date on their wellness exam, rabies, FVRCP vaccination and proof of a negative fecal parasite check.
You may bring your pet’s food, medicine, treats, and a blanket to keep them comfortable during their stay. If your pet is found to have internal or external parasites while boarding at our facility, he/she will be treated at the expense of the pet owner.
If you are closed on Sunday, who will take care of my pet while boarding there?
Although the hospital is closed on Sundays, we have supervision from our dedicated veterinary team designated to care for any boarder with us. Your pets will be fed, walked, and cared for!
Do you offer Grooming Services?
We offer dog and cat bathing only (includes ear & nail trim). We do not offer haircuts. Please note that drop off is after 8:00 am and pick up is by 4:30 pm. Any pick-ups after 5:00 pm will have a $25.00 late fee.
Does my pet need a leash or carrier when entering the hospital?
Yes, for the safety of the staff, owner, and all other animals. All dogs must wear a collar and leash and all cats must be in a ventilated cat carrier.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you kindly cancel within 24hours of your appointment.
